    Salient Features of the Plant:
  • The main mixer stirrer comprise of the option between Semi Contra / Contra Rotary / Planetary / Anchor type with vacuum facility and jacketed for heating / cooling requirements.
  • The agitator selection is designed suitably to mix product of higher viscosity effectively.
  • Product contact points are made of SS 316 L
  • The main mixer is supported with phase vessel for water phase or oil phase preparation as per the customer’s  choice
  • Material from the phase vessel will be transferred to the main mixer by vacuum or transfer pump. 
  • The blades keep the material effectively dispersed by adequate turbulence.
  • The hinged scraper in the main mixer keeps the product in constant movement and ensures clean side walls for effective heat transfer between the side jacket and product.
  • Homogeniser is provided as an optional attachment based on customer preference.
  • The homogeniser attached at the bottom with re-circulation arrangement colloids the product to a fine paste due to high shear speed and milling through perforated holes. 
  • Re-circulation of the mass back to the main vessel ensures 99% of the product getting mixed thoroughly.
  • The main mixer and phase vessel are mounted on a ergonomically designed SS platform. 
  • Interconnecting pipelines are electro polished and fitted with suitable filters.

    1. MANUFACTURING VESSEL:
     The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation.
     Product contact points are made of SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish)
     Vessel is insulated with mineral wool  with SS 304 cladding
     The vessel is supported by 3 legs placed at equal 120 deg angles
     The top dish supports three agitation assembly
     Top dish is provided with the following 400 mm dia manhole / 100 mm dia light glass / 25 phase vessel inlet 50 mm die Butterfly discharge valve 10 mm dia temperature sensor
     The agitator is driven by a suitable geared motor
     The anchor stirrer is made of SS 316 L consisting of plates rotating at a speed of 50 rpm.

    2. PHASE VESSEL
     Product contact points: SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish)
     The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation made up of SS 304
     The jacket is insulated with mineral wool and SS 304 cladding.
     Propeller type agitator is used for the phase vessel which rotates at 960 Rpm.

    3. BATCH STORAGE TROLLEY
     Cylindrical in shape with conical bottom vessel 3 mm thick.
     Flat top lid and provided with 40 mm butterfly discharge valve.
     The vessel is mounted on 3 legs and castor wheels.
     All product contact points are made of SS 316 L finished to class 4 B
     Covers are made of SS 304 finished to class 2 B stain finish.

    •  The Container filling and capping machine is used to fill liquids in glass, plastic, PET bottles / Containers etc. and automatically cap it with the option of screw caps and snap fit caps.
       Following products can be filled in to containers

    1. TUBE FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE:
      Tube filling and sealing machine is used to fill products in tubes and sealing it.
    2. Products that can be filled: 
      Products of different viscosities and flow characteristics ranging from tooth paste, cream,
      ointments, gel, shampoo, food products like sauce, adhesives, grease, etc.
      Tube types:Laminated tubes, Plastic Co extruded tubes, Aluminium tubes, Metal Collapsible tubes etc.,
      The filling and sealing methodology varies depending upon the type of product and the tube nature.
    3. ASPRO –TUBE FILLING MACIHNE - Salient Features of the basic Machine:
      Machine is built robust and simple in design with user friendliness adopting to various working environments.
      The machine is driven through Ferguson Indexing mechanism to ensure accuracy of indexing and repeatability.
      Filling nozzle is of positive shut off and blow off system to ensure nil tailing after filling.
      The pump house is made of SS 316L with a rigid base
      Hopper is made of SS 316 L with polished inner surfaces  
      Leister make hot air guns are used for sealing stations
      Machine is compatible for filling and sealing both lami and aluminum tubes.
      However an attachment is needed for aluminum crimping.

    • Powder filling machine is used to fill powders, granules etc used in pharma,foods, and cosmetic industries.

    • Ribbon blenders constructed with solid U trough fitted with double helical agitator provides effective mix of different powder and liquid materials. The design of the blender ensures complete mix of all the particles leaving no unmixed spots.
    • The requirement of ribbon blender is found in most of the industries ranging from Pharma, foods, cosmetics, pesticides, chemical industries.
    • The blender is constructed with 'U' trough made of SS/MS material
    • Ribbon profiles of different types are constructed in the main shaft to provide thorough mixing.
    • Design of ribbon profiles depends upon the product requirements.
    • Forward and reverse helix continuous ribbons provide gentle mixing. 
    • Top of the blender will be covered with SS sheets or Polycarbonate windows.

    • ADHI SAKTHI manufactures robust plough shear mixers. 
    • Plough shear mixer is used to mix solid and liquid constituents effectively to a homogenous mass  leaving away no unmixed lumps.
    • Main cylindrical shell consists of heavy duty shaft with series of plough kept at equal spacing.
    • Choppers are mounted at the bottom of the shell in between the plough. Multiple number of choppers are placed depending upon the design of the mixer.
    • The plough shaft creates up and down circular movement of materials and the choppers with its high speed shear force disintegrate the lumps.
    • Thorough mixing of materials is accomplished because of the collision and turbulent force created within the mixer.
    • The mixer finds its application in wide range of industries like personal care, pharma, soaps, and chemical industries.
    • Discharge door is kept at the bottom which may be operated mechanically or pneumatically.

    • Sigma mixer is a heavy duty mixer designed for dough mixing which is essential in the soaps , detergents, foods, rubber,chemical industries etc.
    • The Z arm or Sigma blade is designed for uniform mixing and criss cross flow of materials.
    • The blades rotate in the ratio of 1:1.5 ( 24 : 36 ) rpm
    • The mixer is supplied with jacket or without jacket as per the requirement of the customer.
    • We supply in different capacities with fully SS, Partly SS and fully MS constructions.
    • Discharge is by hydraulic door opening system or through screw rod system.
    • Heavy duty gear box and gears are used to withstand high viscous mixing.
    • Sigma blades are solidly casted, machined, x ray tested before fitting.
    • Minimal uniform gap is maintained between the trough and the blades.

    • The cage mill is often termed as Super Siever can crush, pulverise, grind and blend powders / abrasive materials.

    • The automatic soap cutting and stamping machine is used to cut soap bar from the plodder,  Cut the soap to billets and stamp the necessary logo. 
    • The primary cutter cut the bars from the plodder at equal repeat lengths. 
    • The cutting system works based on the position of the sensor.
    • User-friendly system to vary lengths of bars.
    • Bars are conveyed to cutting and stamping machine through a conveyor.
    • The bars are sensed automatically and pushed forward for secondary 
    • bar cutting and stamping.
    • The soap bars are dispensed to the off take conveyor to the wrapping machine.
    • The machine is provided with a cutting frame to cut the bars.
    • The trimming waste is taken out by a conveyor and fed to the inclined belt conveyor for cutting waste recycling.

    • TOILET SOAP PLANT FINISHING LINE:
    • Soap making from Soap Noodles comprising of the following stages
    • Noodes along with additives will be mixed in the sigma mixer between 20 minutes to 30 minutes based on customer preference.
    • Mixed mass from the sigma mixer is fed to the plodder for refining.
    • The refined soap is fed to the triple roll mill  2 pass or 4 pass depending upon customer requirements and taken out as flakes.
    • The flakes are fed to the duplex vacuum plodder and taken out as bars of required size
    • Bar from the plodder is cut to desired size and stamped according to the shape required
    • Stamped cake is wrapped or carton packed depending upon packaging design preferred Finally fed to the master carton

    • SALIENT FEATURES OF THE DETERGENT POWDER MANUFACTURING PLANT
    • Raw materials of solid in nature will be conveyed either mechanically or manually to the batch making floor based  on customer preference.
    • Liquid raw materials are pumped to the day tank kept on the batching floor.
    • Depending upon the formulation materials are added to the main mixer according to the sequence of addition.
    • After mixing, material is conveyed to the cage mill for crushing through multi screw conveyor.
    • The uniformly sized particles out of the cage mill is conveyed through bucket elevator to the storage tank or the  passed through the vibrosiever for further refinement.
    • Vibro screened powder mass is collected in storage trolleys and conveyed to packaging area.
    • Packaging machinery pack powders in the desired pack size and orientation.
    • Secondary packaging is done at end of line and conveyed to Bonded storage godown.

      The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation.
    • Product contact points are made of SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish)
    • Vessel is insulated with mineral wool  with SS 304 cladding
    • The vessel is supported by 3 legs placed at equal 120 deg angles
    • The top dish supports three agitation assembly
    • Top dish is provided with the following 400 mm dia manhole / 100 mm dia light glass / 25 phase vessel inlet 50 mm die
    • Butterfly discharge valve 10 mm dia temperature sensor
    • The agitator is driven by a suitable geared motor
    • The anchor stirrer is made of SS 316 L consisting of plates rotating at a speed of 50 rpm.

    • Product contact points: SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish)
    • The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation made up of SS 304
    • The jacket is insulated with mineral wool and SS 304 cladding.
    • Propeller type agitator is used for the phase vessel which rotates at 960 Rpm.
    • 3. BATCH STORAGE TROLLEY
    • Cylindrical in shape with conical bottom vessel 3 mm thick.
    • Flat top lid and provided with 40 mm butterfly discharge valve.
    • The vessel is mounted on 3 legs and castor wheels.
    • All product contact points are made of SS 316 L finished to class 4 B
    • Covers are made of SS 304 finished to class 2 B stain finish.

    • Triple roll mill is used to mill, refine, homogenous, flake thick paste materials to thin sheet forms.
    • Application of the triple roll mill are found in most industries where fine smooth finish is required without gritty substances.
    • ADHI SAKTHI manufactures triple roll mill with both chilled cast steel rolls or of SS constructions depending upon customer requirements.
    • The rolls rotate opposite to each other at varying speeds.
    • Gaps between the rolls are adjustable.
    • End scrapers are provided to enable material discharge which are adjustable.
    • Drip trays provided to avoid spillages.
    • Rexroth coupling at the roll sides enable chilled water circulation in to the rolls.
