MANUFACTURING VESSEL: The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation. Product contact points are made of SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish) Vessel is insulated with mineral wool with SS 304 cladding The vessel is supported by 3 legs placed at equal 120 deg angles The top dish supports three agitation assembly Top dish is provided with the following 400 mm dia manhole / 100 mm dia light glass / 25 phase vessel inlet 50 mm die Butterfly discharge valve 10 mm dia temperature sensor The agitator is driven by a suitable geared motor The anchor stirrer is made of SS 316 L consisting of plates rotating at a speed of 50 rpm. 2. PHASE VESSEL Product contact points: SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish) The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation made up of SS 304 The jacket is insulated with mineral wool and SS 304 cladding. Propeller type agitator is used for the phase vessel which rotates at 960 Rpm. 3. BATCH STORAGE TROLLEY Cylindrical in shape with conical bottom vessel 3 mm thick. Flat top lid and provided with 40 mm butterfly discharge valve. The vessel is mounted on 3 legs and castor wheels. All product contact points are made of SS 316 L finished to class 4 B Covers are made of SS 304 finished to class 2 B stain finish. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES 1. Circulation pump 2. Steam lines 3. - The Container filling and capping machine is used to fill liquids in glass, plastic, PET bottles / Containers etc. and automatically cap it with the option of screw caps and snap fit caps.
Following products can be filled in to containers Liquids (Oil, Syrup, Medicine, Eye drops, Adhesives, Shampoo, Pesticides etc) Semi Solids (Gels, Lotions, Creams etc.) - Three different models of machines are available.

- The machine runs on elliptical run way intermittent motion mechanism with conveyor chain system
- Containers are held in specially designed PUCs for filling and Capping operations
- Highly suitable for flat bottom and odd shaped plastic containers which are not stable to travel on a flat conveyor.
- FERGUSON INDEXING SYSTEM is used to achieve accuracy of indexing and higher speed per nozzle

- TUBE FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE:
Tube filling and sealing machine is used to fill products in tubes and sealing it. - Products that can be filled:
Products of different viscosities and flow characteristics ranging from tooth paste, cream, ointments, gel, shampoo, food products like sauce, adhesives, grease, etc. Tube types:Laminated tubes, Plastic Co extruded tubes, Aluminium tubes, Metal Collapsible tubes etc., The filling and sealing methodology varies depending upon the type of product and the tube nature. - ASPRO –TUBE FILLING MACIHNE - Salient Features of the basic Machine:
Machine is built robust and simple in design with user friendliness adopting to various working environments. The machine is driven through Ferguson Indexing mechanism to ensure accuracy of indexing and repeatability. Filling nozzle is of positive shut off and blow off system to ensure nil tailing after filling. The pump house is made of SS 316L with a rigid base Hopper is made of SS 316 L with polished inner surfaces Leister make hot air guns are used for sealing stations Machine is compatible for filling and sealing both lami and aluminum tubes. However an attachment is needed for aluminum crimping. Filling accuracy : ±0.5 % The machine confirms to GMP norms. Double side coding system with easy change over for coding digits. MRP / PKD / Batch no. on the crimps may be marked with this. - Optional accessories – Salient Features:
