Products like Tubes, soaps, detergent bars, bearings, medical syringes etc can be wrapped.
Product contact parts are made of SS 304
PID based temperature controllers
The speed of the machine varies from 50 pcs per minute to 120 pcs per minute
The machine runs with the help of positive infinite variable speed drive.
Change over between products is easy and simple.
Easy access to all moving parts for lubrication and maintenance
The machine is designed to be simple and user friendly without any complications
Catridge type heaters on the heat sealing rollers
Product counter is provided as an optional accessory.
Online perforation blades are adjustable for cutting to individual pieces.
